Bob & Fred did an excellent job repairing my car. Their work came out so good that you wouldn't even know it was damaged to begin with. They made the process very smooth for me by providing a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired and assisted me throughout every step!
Bob and Fred's took care of my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse after being in a accident. The car looks as good as new. Very happy with the work they did and I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Can't speak to pricing since insurance covered it all but they kept up with insurance and walked us through every step. Great work.
I am not even sure where to begin with this story. I got into an accident at the end of November. Bob and Fred's convinced us to keep the car with them "we guarantee our work". We got some snow and before you know it its Christmas time and then the new year and I still dont have my car fixed. We now get to the beginning of January and our car is allegedly fixed but now there is a transmission issue that is not suspected to be apart of the accident.
