Bob and Fred's took care of my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse after being in a accident. The car looks as good as new. Very happy with the work they did and I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Can't speak to pricing since insurance covered it all but they kept up with insurance and walked us through every step. Great work.
I am not even sure where to begin with this story. I got into an accident at the end of November. Bob and Fred's convinced us to keep the car with them "we guarantee our work". We got some snow and before you know it its Christmas time and then the new year and I still dont have my car fixed. We now get to the beginning of January and our car is allegedly fixed but now there is a transmission issue that is not suspected to be apart of the accident. This guys had my car for one week guess what ,they tried to charge me $2000 just for the time that my car was there and the reposition but I was witness another situation I saw them yelling at someone just because he didn’t have the money to pay And he was forced to provide ID they ask people for license or IDs you cannot force nobody to provide ID or license because this guys are not police that’s against the law
