Had been at that place for my rent payments, employees in the office are very polite
Terrible service. After 2 weeks and 15+ attempts to reach someone I finally got an email saying I was declined because of my credit score, they used the my credit score is a 684-719 depending on the bureau. I make 6X what the rent would have been, and have almost no debt less than 5% debt to income. If you can rent from these guys do yourself a favor and buy a home instead, and whatever you do get someone other than Bob Firestone to be your agent!!!
