I rented a house from Bob Firestone for 5 years. They largely left me alone and I treated this place like it was my own home. Rent was easy to pay with their portal, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. The quality of the maintenance work was questionable at times, so there's room for improvement there. Overall it was a good rental experience.
