Steer clear of this place! I purchased a car from them 7 days ago. I live in NY so this dealership was an hour and a half drive. I spoke to someone (not naming names) who assured me we could work on the price AND stated there was a 30 day warranty on the vehicle. I drove there that same day. I can't say enough good things about the service team at Bob Ferrando Ford. I've been bringing my Ford vehicles there for nearly 20 years and have never had anything less than a courteous and professional experience. During my most recent visit John went above and beyond to track down an intermittent power window issue, I was experiencing with my 2022 Bronco. If I could leave zero stars, this is what i would do. Called yesterday from Washington DC and spoke to Sean regarding a f150. Told him i will be driving from DC and want to drive the truck back same day and that I should be there sometime around noon on top of paying cash. Just received a call from Keaton, advising me that the truck has been sold and their apologies for not calling sooner.
