I recently bought a Ford F150 here and Shawn was great. He worked with me and responded very quickly with any information that I had questions about. Everyone was very nice very helpful through the buying process. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future vehicle needs.
Good communication and efficient service department
I was a customer at Ferando Ford for over 20 years, we’ve purchased multiple vehicles. We tried to buy another car there but after our salesman told us a number of lies we found a better deal from another dealer. When we asked for our deposit, the salesman said it was in the mail, when the check didn’t come, we called the accounting department and learned the check was never issued. I’m done with Ferando Ford there are better places to do business.
