picked up a carry out order turkey and dressing. the food was mediocre turkey had no flavor. the cashier bordered on rude no eye contact. no smile. 40 plus years going to this restaurant ill go to a different lication or restaurant altogether.
My mother and I ate here about a week ago with my two daughters, I found, what looked like to be facial hair, on my pancakes! And there was one on my daughters plate. They were nice enough to take it back to be remade but I was just too grossed out at that point. Seeing the people through the window behind the bar scratching their hair and faces, not changing gloves or washing hands after that.. I just can’t... this was the worst experience I have ever had. 🥺
On Mother's Day, I ordered via Doordash. My order arrived and was completely NOT what I ordered. I had to call the store 5 times to speak with the Manager, Bethany. Bethany got short with me on the phone and proceeded to talk down to me and then act dismissive towards me. I drove to the store to pickup my food. Comfortable clean surroundings
Never again! One hour and a half to get gravy and biscuits! Not to mention 10 minute wait to be seated! Terrible! and the restaurant wasn't even half full. Shame on the POOR management!
Great food and coffee at reasonable prices!
