It's a Bob Evans. I think everyone is familiar with this casual chain restaurant. Food is decent, but average. Best part: On my visit tonight (party of 10+), service from McKenna was nothing short of perfect... excellent service with a smile!

I enjoyed my meal. But, I enjoyed watching the waitstaff being kind to each other more. It was a truly relaxing atmosphere.
It took forever to be seated then it took them forever to take our order. The waitress was slow only checked on us twice the whole time we were there. Ask for medium rare on my steak and but ended up with rare charred on the outside, asked for biscuit with my meal got toast then when I asked the waitress what happened to my biscuit she said they were out of biscuits and there would be a 20-minute wait (during breakfast) .. This particular location has gone down hill in the past 2 years...its not like it used to be. Unfortunately I will be finding a different location to go to. I've given them 2 more tries and I'm just not impressed.
The biscuits was hard as a rock! My waitress was never around and I only got one refill of my unsweetened tea and those cups are very small so I left thirsty. I could go on and on but it's not worth anyone's time to read it or go there to eat.
The food was okay, nothing amazing. The service was not great either, our waitress barely paid any attention to us. Once we had our food, she gave us our bill and we didn't see her again. It has been awhile since we've visited Bob Evans, and it seems to have gone downhill.
