We had a very negative experience with this location and the manager currently on duty. I ordered through Bob Evans app for delivery. The dasher assigned to the order delivered the wrong food. I contacted the restaurant and was told that I had to deal with DoorDash. I cannot get with DoorDash because it was done through Bob Evans app. When I called a second time to explain I cannot dispute with door dash as it’s through their app. The employee got the manager. I would give it a zero if possible. Service was awful, food was disgusting. I got my food and my husband did not get his. He cancelled his order and I left my food because the bacon was like it had cooked all day, I ordered no onions on my sandwich which it had a lot on the sandwich. The salad looked old and the dressing had a hard crust on top in the container. My husband ordered coffee which was cold. I don’t know how this franchise stays in business. This restaurant is really very nice. The Staff is Always attentive and pleasant. The food is extremely delicious, imo. Most times, I have not had to wait to be seated. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hope that this helps.
