We went to Bob Evans in Chardon tonight and the service was good,we got our meal very fast,and the waitress was very polite,and got everything right.The food was very good,and we thought the portions were fine,and the price for what we got was good also.They have a huge selection of different breakfast,and also dinner meals,and even have perfect smaller versions for seniors,at a much lower price.We are very glad Bob Evans came to Chardon.

Went to BE today and was highly disappointed!!!!! We were greeted by a hostess that was on speed or something. She talked a mile a minute and walked away still talking. We were given a waitress that took our drink order that never came. Finally another waitress came to say she would be our waitress because the other girl left but saw her many times walking around. Waited forever for drinks and then app. We placed our order and there were no rolls made so we didn't get our rolls till after dinner. The food was awful the cook ... read more

Very poor, first visit we waited Awhile for our food. When it came out most of it was bland, certainly not up to BE standards. Went there today for breakfast and waited 45 minutes to get our food....breakfast food really. My wife never got her blueberry pancakes. Waitress claims she sent them back to kitchen and were having them remade! Fifteen minutes later we finally cancelled them, everyone else had finished....then waited for check that never came. We won't go back. Will go back to the BE in Mentor.

Visited the first time todsy. We normally go to the Solon location but saw that Chardon just opened and we figured we'd give it a shot. Nice new building good service but severely over priced and under portioned. Everyone at the table of 6 said the same thing. "This is all I get?"...not the Bob evans we're familiar with. We'll return to Solon for now.
