I placed a curbside order at 8:01 PM that was supposed to be ready at 8:27. I arrived at 8:25, called, and I was told it would be "just a minute -- they have to make one more thing." I called at 8:39 to find out the status -- "it's almost ready -- I'll bring it out." At 8:47, half an hour after the order was supposed to be ready, I went inside to request a manager to cancel the order and get a refund.
