Okay so hear me out. I love this place, it's part my childhood and the atmosphere is super cozy. If I could rate the dine it and online order experience separately though I would. The dine in experience is almost always delightful. However if you were thinking about ordering online, save yourself the money and don't do it. I don't know why but they keep getting my orders wrong. We had the mini samplers, milk, banana bread and toast. Have to say the toast was the best part of the meal. Bob Evans is really cutting the quality of their food. In addition the food was cold, portions ridiculous small even for the "mini sampler" standards. Probably won't be back
Delivery order: one side item was missing, another side item was barely there with a few very small pieces of broccoli, tĥe bacon cheeseburger was overcooked to the point of being crunchy. Your customer base deserves the best. This wasn't close.
