Had breakfast on a Sunday morning. Took forever to get our appetizer, then another forever to get our food.
We should have turned around and left as soon as we got there. The booth seats were dirty, the floors were filthy, not very busy so to me there was no excuse for the uncleanliness. Young man who served us ( I believe his name was Steven) took our order. Our order sat under the lights for at least 10 minutes, another server noticed and delivered to out table. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went here to grab lunch and my food not only came on a dirty plate, I was given mayo on it. When I told her I requested no mayo the waitress says that's melted cheese not mayo. So I asked my husband who likes mayo to try it and it was mayo. She said they always put condiments on the side so it couldn't be. My plate also had egg on it when no eggs were even ordered. She said the manager would get me another sandwich.
