Have come to this location several times before and have never had an issue but today was different. Came here today at 1pm after their rush hoping to have a good lunch and it was quite the opposite of what I expected. Our server name was never provided, although I did get her name from another server. Keisha wrote the orders down and yet she got the one of the orders wrong and forgot one of my items as well. I had a to go family meal order. It was promised in 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I finally received my order. After getting home, discovered a hair in the honey chicken; the macaroni and cheese was watery and cold. Not a good experience! Not recommended!
The food was tasty, however after bringing my meal at my server kind of seems to have forgotten about me, and I had to wait longer than I wish to to get my check settled. Beyond that, there was a nearby table with a crying child that just screamed incessantly which degraded from the restaurant atmosphere.
