Food is usually quite good. The service can be hit or miss. I would recommend the Stafford bob Evans over the Woodbridge smoke town location. Stafford does not prioritize phone calls over actual humans AND their manager takes care of issues in house NOT referring someone to corporate. Therein is the encapsulated difference. Great, one of my favorite places to eat
I want to express how upset I am with the drastic decline this restaurant has had. The food is terrible— the broccoli looks dehydrated or even synthetic, and I have no idea what kind of vegetables they are using now. This restaurant used to stand out for its good food, but now it is awful. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place is unacceptable. In a nearly empty room our ex-con waiter took forever to wait on us and managed to completely screw up our order. The food took forever and when it came, it was cold. The sausage was rubbery, the sunny side up eggs were dried out, the bacon was congealed and soggy, and the pancakes that were supposed to be waffles were chewy. At that point it was "CHECK PLEASE!" and off to Silver Diner across the road. Go to the Bob Evans in Stafford. This one SUCKS!!!
