75% of the time I come here with someone else we stand up there an wait. Its ridiculous. 1 lady cashing people out, waiting tables, getting Togo orders. Its terrible. Then the cook guy comes, to seat people. 2 people just left after waiting 20 mins.. Just terrible. Im sorry but this is very poor business... To top it off there was only 4 tables. Walked in after 645pm several people in store not one employee acknowledged we were there after about 20 minutes a customer sitting at table said they are short staffed tonight! Still not acceptable. I have been in this spot several years and mgr was an older lady friendly, great with kids and took time to stop at tables. Never been ignored like this! Need to step it up bobs is acting somewhat like Frisch’s in area and they are gone.
Never received the meal. Was wrong twice!
