Cold food...poor service..
Great food. Server was quite rude. Then brought me a second cup of coffee(didn't refill my cup with a carafe) and it was full of dish soap. I think she didn't like my Trump hat. She didn't say anything about it, but something made her upset with us and we were nothing but friendly to her.
My elderly father, his elderly friend, and I went there after church, and the service and food were terrible. We were ignored up front after putting our name in, and people got seated before us. When we asked why, they said they called us and we did not respond which was not true. We checked in several times, and we were ready to leave, and they said they would seat us but still took ten minutes! We got our drinks and rolls but no food for another forty-five minutes. The carry out crew are the best in Bellefontaine! One person though im not sure of name knows her biz.
We get this food for about every occasion. Someone's birthday, get Bob Evans. Family function and nobody feels like cooking, get Bob Evans. We normally get this food when there is a death in the family. We order it, go pick it up and feed the members of the mourning family biscuits and gravy, pancakes, eggs and bacon. It's always a sad day, but it's always worse on an empty stomach. Thank you for being there Bob Evans.
