I called ahead and Charli took the order over the phone she was so pleasant. When I arrived using my cane, she was kind enough to bring the food right out to my car, smiling and saying she loves her job. I also spoke with her supervisor, who was equally nice and professional. This was a great experience at the Bob Evans in Willoughby.

Had a great experience at Bob Evans. Our waitress was amazing. Her attitude, friendliness, and attention to detail are exactly the reasons we keep coming back. The restaurant was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. The food was good, everything came out quickly, and we were able to get in and out smoothly with two toddlers, which any parent knows is a huge win. Overall, a really pleasant visit and definitely the kind of service that makes you want to return.
