I would like to give Tyrik and Don the manager a s pp special A plus rating. Tyrik was very pleasant to talk to and he did not give us any trouble with our orderand had no mistakes in our order. He was very thoughtful and tedious in his work. Dom was very helpful in getting me the information so I could give this recommendation. He was also very kind and thoughtful. Always good food and excellent service. Highly recommend.
Decided to give this location a 2nd chance after the 1st was a complete failure. Went in, had to wait for a dirty table to be cleared before getting seated. Waited, waited some more and finally after more than 10 minutes we got up and left. Plenty of employees walking around up front talking, laughing and checking their cell phones. Table of five or so older ladies across from us had only a menu. Not even water on their table. Will not be back.
We went there on a Sunday afternoon for dinner.And ended up waiting for a family of six with four kids. Enough time passed while waiting in the lobby to find other customers to come out and walk around the outside parking lot, to inform us that they've been waiting an 1-1/2 And they still have yet to get their food because they were making takeout and carry out orders Priority over Dine in people.
