We are at the Bob Evans in Cleveland-Willoughby, Ohio and we loved it. Our food was perfectly prepared, their apple pie actually has as many apples as their advertisement claims and when their bathroom needed attention they took care of it immediately. A wonderful experience.
Came for dinner with my husband on a Sunday evening. Seated without a greeting. After a few minutes, we were given one glass of water by a waiter who seemed high. After 15 minutes of no further service, we left and went somewhere else. Restaurant was mostly empty. There was no excuse for such poor service.
We had a nice breakfast before hitting the road
