Very slow!! Waited an hour for breakfast. Took 15 min to even get waited on and that is after we asked about it. Stop seating people and let the kitchen catch up.
The whole staff looking crazy… Togo specialist sitting on the counter on his phone the young blonde chick who sat us needs another training course in hospitality the waitress that approached our table needs to be fired the manager needs to mange her staff instead of being their friend… I can go on and on …I had no choice but to walk out because I was so embarrassed for the rest of the staff that have to work with these specific people… no name tags nothing because I would have blasted them on here…GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION or b... read more
It started as we walked in the door. The only greeting we got was from a lady not even by the door. For a place that is to strive on customer service, this place lacked it completely today. Hospitality and friendly genuine smiles were not on the menu for the staff at this location. I was so disappointed that I decided to not even stay.
I have had bad visits from time to time but more times than not I'm very pleased with everything and everyone. I have been for breakfast and dinner and overall I liked everything.
