I placed an order on door dash I ordered two family meals totaling in around $120.00 sin tip. I call ahead to the restaurant and verify my order was placed with them, with ONLY ONE REQUEST. Please make sure there’s extra syrup. I received NOT ONE CUP OF SYRUP AND NO BUSCUITS. Like how hard is it, to SIMPLY DO UR JOB, you work your entire day, for what I just spend on one meal, and u have no appreciation for my hard earned money that I chose to spend at ur establishment? Haven’t been to this brand in a long time. Food was good, had the 8.99 Turkey Dinner. Autumn was a great server, attentive and had a good personality. The only downside was the lack of attention to guests from the two managers as they were spending time talking, look at a guest when they entered and kept talking, the female finally broke away from the talk and sat me she had a rent a center shirt on and said she works there to.hmm. .
