My dad and I came in today, we don’t go to Bob Evans much, was going to give it a try. We got sat, and we sat and sat with no one trying to help us. There was a big group of 4 tables beside us, two waitresses keep coming in and out of the room. No one acknowledged us for even drinks. The one table that came for the party late was asked about drinks and if they knew what they wanted basically immediately. We came a while before them. We ended up leaving and was very disappointed! The food was good but the waitress wasn't very attentive.
Refreshing to see a Bob Evans ran professionally. We've loved Bob Evans for years but many have been failing from poor management. This location is an exception. Good to see!
This location does a great job. We have been there during very busy times and there is a short wait, but they start people as soon as possible and keep things moving. The food is fresh and comes quickly. We enjoy coming here
