Please thank the young man working at the counter Saturday afternoon the 22nd for me. He was so pleasant, helpful, and obviously hard-working. It bothered me that I heard someone yelling in the kitchen, and I thought it must be stressful to be working in such an environment and still be able to smile at customers. He's is a gem; I hope you can keep him.
Just got up and left, never serviced or acknowledged by anyone. We watched the servers hiding behind their waitress stand to the kitchen talking (figured they'd get to us soon,) but every time the blonde waitress would come around. She'd ignore us, we even waited a bit more stood up to try and find someone. Couldn't find a single person to help! It wasn't busy, only two people adjacent from us on the same booth wall. We picked up a family size Cranberry peacan chicken salad to go last night. It was delishious very fresh, lots if toppings, just perfect. We have not always gotten good food her but this was so good. Keep up the good work.
