El servicio como en muchos otros restaurantes de diferentes marcas y comidas aquí en USA no es lo mejor, el servicio al cliente y la calidad de la comida no es lo que nos imaginamos. Tuve que pedir mis utensilios para comer y para mi café porque nos sirvieron y no los llevaron, tuvimos que pedir servilletas, los baños super sucios, bote de ketchup vacío. Pero cada quien vive sus propias experiencias y para mí he tenido mejores en países Latinos. Varios detalles en que trabajar para darle al cliente una mejor experiencia.
