We came in for dinner. And Reniyah ( I hope I spelled that right i lost the receipt) but she greeted us and seated us and was so happy and welcoming. She was patient while we decided on breakfast for dinner. She answered questions that helped us decide what we wanted. She was on top of our drinks. She was sweet and did her job well above the expected norm. She is a true value to your restaurant! We loved her. Thanks for making our night awesome!
Very rude stood at pickup for 20-30min no one would help me after making eye contact several times being ignored as they seat other people who got there after me. Will not be returning very poor customer service
BEWARE: If you order take out from Bob Evans they will auto add a tip even though you aren’t being served. We had to pay an extra $12 in addition to the already high price to pick up our food. Never again, Tips should be optional!
