Love this place
Ordered take out because I wanted to try their new caramel apple hotcakes. They didn’t have a-la-cart options on the menu anymore, only combos, and when I called to see if maybe i could order something by itself the young lady on the phone had no idea what that even was. Even after I explained what it meant she was completely clueless and didn’t care to ask for help she would just go silent instead. So I told her nevermind and just ordered on the website. Ordered delivery from here. Very disappointed in the quality and the amount of fries.
I got a family meal for thanksgiving for 6 to 8 people. It was more like 4 at the most, ham was rubbery, cranberry sauce for 2, for Bob Evans it was very disappointing.
