Arrived at 12, not many tables at time. Took 45 min.for food to come out. Server said, new chef caused the delay. Server is not willingly to serve. Have to ask for missing foods. Not observe or ask for refill at all. We have to ask for syrup,jelly,napkins, missing pancakes. She did not inform me that ran out of grit until I asked for it.
We still waiting for our water…
There was only one person waiting on tables and they were busy, he did forget to bring us silverware and my food was cold now I'm not complaining because I understand he was overwhelmed and doing his best but that young man should not have been waiting on all those tables by himself people were getting mad
Waited to be seated which took a long time & then the seating was not ideal. It's seems like they may have been short staffed, but it was not very inviting & I ended up leaving. It was not a comfortable enough atmosphere for me to stay & dine there.
