Why does it seem when a restaurant starts messing with their menu they are in trouble? The portions are a lot smaller , flavor was good for what you got. Waitress was friendly .

Tonight was not good, staff was slow and unfriendly and they were “out” of chicken pot pies, did not get our orders right and waited over 30 minutes for refills and meal 😔
I always got the chicken and noodle soup it used to have large pieces of chicken it was a fantastic meal. I got it the other day it looked like vegetable and noodle soup. I asked where the chicken was they said new recipe shredded chicken more like NO chicken . This is why restaurants go out of business they take a staple item that has sold well for years and cheapen it, to save them money and charge the customer the same price. Get a clue Bob Evans people notice when you cheapen a staple item.
