First of all, they were out of yeast rolls. Our server brought us banana bread and biscuits, which was a good thing! Waited an hour after ordering. No food. We walked out.
Bob Evans has never Wowed me. I consider it a safe standby when I’m in an unfamiliar area. I very much prefer Mom N Pop style restaurants that are usually a much better value. I did like that the Bob Evans we visited in Streetsboro was not crowded and service was very good. Food was ok, nothing special. I really think if I’m getting eggs and hash browns, a $10 plate should be better in both quality and quantity. My husband got country fried steak, which was awful. RecommendedThe food was great the cook was fine. However the waitresses were awful to each other and bickering carried out into the dining room. Very bad and uncomfortable situation to be in!

we were all just poisoned because your employees didnt wash the cleaner out of your coffee and served it to us ........ eggs were burnt so were the hash browns.... french toast was well done as well.....waitress was great..... it's just a shame your business doesnt let her sell good food
Always good food! It’s fall....they have pumpkin bread.
Everybody was nice and the food was great but took them 30 mins to bring our food. Seen 2 family's leave because they were waiting longer for their food. We were about to leave when they came out. Sadly wont come here again.
I've always loved our Bobs! Lately they're scrimping on the gravy for biscuits leaving the meal dry! My last visit the waitress was so impatient on listening to what I wanted! She described 3 different meals. By the time I got a chance to tell her no an what I wanted, she still didn't listen to my order an order the wrong style home fries I requested! At this point I was running late, no time to wait for rework! The bacon bits in my home fries were hard, old, & too salty! I've been disappointed my last 3 visits �
