this location has went so far downhill I dont know if they can come back. 3 out or 4 silverware sets dirty, orders were all messed up. way undercooked bacon and sausage. overcooked rolls. slow slow service. no refills. and on and on. so disappointed!
Coulda used less onions in the omelette and didn’t seem like any of the veggies were cooked at all. Real crunchy. Was hungry so didn’t complain. Since you asked though
The food was good and had a great waitress. but the manager i believe his last name was Hall was really rude to us and to his coworkers that were working that night. they lost my business.
We started off our mini family vacation on our way to Hocking Hills by stopping at Bob Evans for breakfast. Our server was friendly and nice enough but after sitting there for 40 minutes, she stopped dead in her tracks as she approached our table and realized that she forgot to put our order in. She did on up to it and apologized but we were not greeted by a manager or given any compensation whatsoever. Very disappointing. Not having much luck lately with good service or good food
Last two times I went in there I was ignored by the kids working. The first time I was greeted but then she said it will be a few minutes for food then clocked out. No one checked with me after that for like 20 minutes. I left and came back bc I was working and couldnt be gone that long that is why I ordered ahead. The manager gave me a 5$ gift card so I guess I get some free mashed potatoes for the poor service. Today I went in there and again I was completely ignored. After a bad night stay at the holiday inn down the street we needed a good breakfast. The service was fast and friendly and the food was served fast and hot. Thanks Autumn for the great service
Good ole country food from down on the farm
ordered breakfast for dinner take out. was overall impressed. pancakes and biscuits and gravy were amazing! however the side of home fries was very skimpy. but overall great food.
