Horrible service, food comes back wrong. Tried to give them a few more chances and it was the same. Will not be going back.
Always friendly and great food. Could ask for a better place to eat.
I went there for lunch with my mom and nephew. Me and mom both ordered a salad without bleu cheese my moms came back with it on it and we informed the waitress which got very rude saying we didn't order it without bleu cheese and my mom did say none of that the waitress obviously wasn't listening.... then they brought out another salad and all that was in it was the core of the lettuce... I will never Oder from here again! I ordered the family size wildfire chicken. I got hardly any chicken and it was not covered in wildfire sauce at all. I got home no dressing, they had no fries as the side! Who gives a FAMILY size salad with no dressing!? After calling to talk to a manager first she says she can get me dressing and my side made. I said no this salad sucks and I'm so unimpressed. She refunded my card but I can tell you I have been a loyal customer for years and I will never come back here. Service has slowly... read more
Very bad experience... my server was rude.... i asked for cheese in my eggs and got no cheese... after the order was placed we didnt see our server until our food was brought out... No refils unless asked ... NOBODY was smiling at all.... And when i talked to the manager he freaking laughed at me ... Are you serious i will not be back to the location..
We came in right before dinner rush. Ordered and waited 36 minutes for our food, meanwhile everyone who came in after us and ordered after had received their food. We were not given drink refills until after our food was served. The chicken tenders were so hard you could not even chew them. It was not a good experience.
