My coffee was just warm. He made some fresh. Ordered bacon. Didn't get it. Asked for cup of oatmeal, got a bowl. Husband's coffee cup stayed empty for a long time. There were at least two other couples that left long after ordering for other reasons. Will not go back. They have serious problems at this Bob Evans. The one on Greenriver Road is great.
Poor service from the moment we walked in the door if you are gonna hire kids at least train them this is twice we have gotten crappy service and it's the last won't eat here again !
Stopped in the Bob Evans on the Westside to pick up lunch for my mother. Super friendly staff and management. Got my order together in no time. From what I could see super clean too. Highly recommend this location.
Great service! Manager was attentive, server was excellent and friendly. Food was fresh and tasty. Second visit recently and it was a good experience. Customer service is important here a d it shows.
Me and my husband went there yesterday and we was getting charged for extra stuff, the gravy made my hubby sick and the waitress was very rude! We waited like 30minutes to order then waited another 30minutes for our food! WasnT happy at all and this is the one on Green River Rd.
Has become my favorite place to eat. I believe her name is Kathryn, the best and sweetest waitress I know. She is awesome!!!! And the food is great and love the home made biscuits. Another favorite is there potato soup. But all the food is delicious, friendly staff and great place.
Pathetic. 7 or 8 staff members socializing and cleaning tables, yet none were "servers"!! Do customers mean nothing to you anymore? No customer should have to wait too long to order their food, especially in a fairly empty dining room! Service was second to none at one time in Bob Evans, apparently a total lack of leadership has resulted in apathetic staff and what I will assume will be the downfall of this once, great place to eat.
We were seated. Our server Katherine served our food. Never returned. We waited 30 minutes for bill Finally went to cashier to pay. Still no bill No apology needed i guess
Worst restaurant experience I have EVER had! We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order. It would have been longer but we walked to the counter and asked for someone to come to our table. An hour later 2 of our 5 orders were correct. We never got half of the food we ordered and paid for. We were told that a manager would come talk to us and he never showed. We went to pay and waited at the register for 10 minutes. We never could find a manager so we left our money on the counter and left.
