Always amazing comfort food! Fork-tender pot roast is the best thing on the menu, and the service is always helpful. 💕
Beware this place is poorly managed. The food I received was inedible. When the server asked how everything was and I told her it was awful, there was no can I get you another one or fix the problem, she didn't even ask what the problem was. She just said o.k and walked away. When the cashier asked, my husband told her not so good and in an insincere way said sorry. Getting below subpar food wasn't so much the problem as their oh well attitude. At least the raccoons ate it, so it wasn't a total waste.
At the Festus, MO location the kitchen staff is not paying attention to what they are putting on plates. I was disappointed in how the toast was presented to me twice, the first time completely saturated in butter, the second attempt it was burnt. The server and the manager did try and fix the problem, but the problem lays in the kitchen and the front of house staff cannot fix the quality of the food.
first time having breakfast, and I ordered the pot roast hash for breakfast amd the portion was definitely small for the price. plus I opted for the banana bread which I threw away because it wasn't cooked all the way. will not try again.
my waiter Terraine was so pleasant and polite. It's nice to walk in a place where people are smiling and obviously likes their jobs
