I tried to order the Mother's Day dinner. I couldn't find where to order an extra salad and rolls. So I called the store. I was told I can only place a delivery order online. I explained I couldn't find where to order extra items. I was told to order salad under the "sides" link. I explained that there's no option for this. Apparently this Bob Evans is clueless on customer service or they just don't care.
Worked 12 hrs on Easter Sunday and picked up food after work. It was hot and yummy . Thanks Bob Evans!! job well done!!
