Aaron Parker was great today. Helped me with understanding a few things I did not know about the drive safe app. Per usual Bob English State Farm is wonderfull!
Somehow i slipped through a loophole and my insurance was dropped after 15 years with State Farm. Ashley noticed this and called me. She worked diligently with me to get me back to state farm which I wanted. She answered questions and got answers! happy to say after 1 month with another company today I came back home for insurance at a cheaper rate than before!!!! Bob's team is AMAZING! I have worked directly with Bob as well as with Aaron. While I hope to not need them, they are always on it when I do need them. I cannot say enough nice things about this agency. We have been Bob and his team nearly 20 years! Highly recommend!
