I stopped in to check on the car after three weeks then was told it was gonna take one more week and it took three. 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality I rated a seven (7) because when I picked up my car there was a message/warning on the dashboard. It informed me an oil change was needed. My car was on the repair shop for weeks. I could have rated higher if I was contacted ahead of picking up the car that an oil change was needed. I would have approved the service and paid for the oil change when I picked up my car. That would have been excellent customer service. 3.5 Star : Customer Service
