0 Star : My Experience I have a 2013 Flex I purchased it from your dealership brand new. Apparently I need a new water pump. Instead of just providing me with a huge quote why not check to see if there is a recall or if there is a consistent number of 2013’s requiring this service. So, I did my own investigation and apparently there was a design flaw by putting the water pump inside the engine. Therefore, the outrageous cost for service repair to have to remove so many parts and you have to go all the way to the timing chain... read more
