My representative there was very condescending, assuring me that he would personally do inspections and I don't believe it was ever done. My rear tailgate seal was not installed right, my rear wiper was not hooked up after it was installed, the tailgate had a bad rattle and after taking it back & leaving it for a week to be fixed it still had the rattle!
