0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Car was returned to me with a flat tire. Several places in the car were not cleaned when you can see they cleaned the some places of the car. Car paint job was done beautifully but also noticed that there were more chips on the paint on the bumper. Only noticed when car was already at my workplace. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Customer service was amazing, helpful through and through.

I was in my rental for almost a month. The insurance company is paying $16,000 and there was damage done to the rear bumper and the gentleman who walked me to my car told me that "all cars have gaps in their bumpers".
