Bob Cole is a very fair man. A skilled technician who treats people with the utmost respect and fairness. Not only did I receive excellent service, but the conversation while I waited was great, too.
Go to Bob Cole first!!!!! I first took my van to another auto shop that charged me $85 just for an analysis then wanted to charge me another $250 to fix a problem. I called Bob Cole's Automotive and they did the work for under $200 (without me telling them what the compentitors were going to charge). And if I would have taken my van there first they would have taken the diagnostic charge off of the total! Next time I will call him first and ONLY!!!!!
