Bob Cole is a very fair man. A skilled technician who treats people with the utmost respect and fairness. Not only did I receive excellent service, but the conversation while I waited was great, too.
Go to Bob Cole first!!!!! I first took my van to another auto shop that charged me $85 just for an analysis then wanted to charge me another $250 to fix a problem. I called Bob Cole's Automotive and they did the work for under $200 (without me telling them what the compentitors were going to charge). And if I would have taken my van there first they would have taken the diagnostic charge off of the total! Next time I will call him first and ONLY!!!!! I took my Buick Redevouz to Bob Cole Automotive becase the end of the shifter cable broke off at the transmission. I was quoted anywhere from $240 - $320 for the part and repair at other shops. Bob Cole Automotive did the repair for almost half of the lowest quote and were great to work with. They now have all of my business.
