I had my car in 7/1225. I had to have 3 coils replaced . The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The customer service was top notch!!!
Bought a used car from Kayser and I had a few concerns with the vehicle. The GM, Joe Gentilli was great! He was fair and kept his word. This was in regard to the price, delivery, paperwork, trade in and follow-up. 100% satisfied and would not hesitate to deal with Kayser again.
When I picked up my Traverse. The running boards and wind deflectors looked great. And the floor liners are wonderful. They did a great job on installation.
People are rude. They always seem to wanna cover there ass with out answering questions directly. It’s almost like they don’t know the equipment they sell unless it’s hooked to a computer to tell them what the problem is. And if the answer doesn’t pop up on the screen. Then it is a loop. You have to bring it in
