I would not go here ever again. Was overcharged twice , and when I questioned the bill , I was told "well you didn't ask for that " which I explained I asked for a specific item on the menu which was 32.00 and was charged 43.00. They would not fix the bill . I got the Surf and turf which was a skirt steak and lobster tail , lobster was good but skirt steak was all fat and hard to cut with a knife. My loving girl friend Danni works her and has asked me a hand full of times to try one of there fish dinners. On 3/30/17 we stopped by for early dinner and I had my first fish dinner ever. I don't like fish. do to the smell and the fish tast. I have to say it was really good. The meal did not smell or tast fishy. Most of the time I have steak and rice witch I love from here. I would tell my friends if you don't like fish go to bob chinns crab house and try it. The meal was very good and the staff is very nice.
Not a busy time when we arrived. 6pm on a Tuesday. Our server Carlos was very quick and attentive. He was a little over eager. We were first time visitors, and we almost had to swat him with the menu to get him to give us time to make up our minds. Not a real problem, but it felt a little rushed for a night when they were not terribly busy. After we sprayed Carlos with a hose to slow him down a little, everthing was great. Great service and the Alaskan King Crab was amazing as always.
We always love our visits at Bob Chins Seafood Restaurant. We were celebrating our mother's birthday. We came last year for the very same birthday, because it's her favorite place. The only complaint is that we were a group of 10 and all wanted 14 oz. lobsters and you only had three 14 oz lobsters left and two 12 oz lobsters at 6 pm on a Saturday night. Dinner was great, had strip steak and crab and my husband has strip steak with lobster, both were great. Steak was pretty thin so I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. Our waitress was Karen, can't remember the last time I had that good of service in a restaurant.
Great food and service!!! I didn't give 5 because Alaskan king crab legs were overpriced , but they tasted great!
Warning do not eat here the Alaskan King crab legs will make you sick and when you tell management about it they will say we're sorry there's nothing we could do people occasionally get sick from food they told me that 900 people ordered crab legs that day and didn't get sick I find it hard to believe you get over 1000 customers a day ordering Alaskan King crab legs and you can't stick one penny back into remodeling your place that looks like a dump, I will be practicing my freedom of speech and letting people know visited y... read more
