Bob Carver Chevrolet SUCKS Unfortunately one of the many businesses in Mena where the customer service personel act as though you have to kiss their $$$ to get waited on. Took truck to this dealership's service department-Acurately diagnosed and quickkly repaired -THIS IS WHERE THE WARM FUZZY ENDS. Over charged on bill for parts( 84.00 for an 11.00 part.) that 1) Did not need to be replaced 2) Had just been replaced prior to bringing truck in 3) Were replaced WITHOUT my prior approval.NOTE-There IS NO REPAIR PAPERWORK FILLED... read more
