I had taken my 2004 Jeep Cherokee to ******** downtown. They told me my tailer wire was causing a short in the circuitry. They rewired, it worked for a moment and then went back to not working. They then replaced a circuit board that controlled the right rear brake light, which they order from the dealer, they changed it but the brake light and door lock problem remained. After $250, I took it to Bob Chrysler. At last for $400, all window, door locks and interior lights work again. Thanks **

I took my Ram truck in for the 3 month oil change/tire rotation combo. I had a concerning noise in one of the tires. The service crew made absolutely certain they found the issue before I burned rubber on our nation's highways. The staff were friendly AND knowledgeable...plus there were DONUTS. #winning

I helped my brother to get a car. The salesman told me he only ran my credit once and today I found out it was a lie. He ran my credit 8 times.

*****, apologize for the confusion as there seems to be a lot of confusion on credit pulls and how they work...when applying for an auto loan a consumer provides the dealer with credit information (name/ address/ SS#/ D.O.B./ etc..). The dealer then sends this information to multiple banks in order for these banks to compete for your business. We got a car from Bob Caldwell North and I only had the car a week i changed my mind because i feel for the payment I am paying I should have a new car not used. So when I was signing the paperwork at my job, I asked the sells man Tyme, because the finance manager wasn't the person presenting my contract to me, if I change my mind could I return the vehicle and get my down payment and my trade in back and he said yes. Yes, there are some sincere issues with changing vehicles after the the paperwork is completed and vehicle leaves the lot. I purchased my Ram 1500 in 2014 and had an excellent appearance. Sales staff was helpful and not at all pushy like a lot of places. I recently had the truck in for service and it started out a little rough but everything was completed to my satisfaction.
