We drove from Dayton to see a truck. Garret Haughn had the truck ready for us. He had great knowledge answered all of our questions. Garret zalong with Aaron Valentine made us a great deal took time to make sure we were happy wtith deal. Our finance guy was great as well.
My experience with this dealership was beyond top-notch! Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. We looked at multiple cars and she explained all the ins and outs of each one. She wasn’t pushy at all and you could tell she really loves her job!! Rachel truly is kick ass at her job. In addition manager, Aaron Valentine was very helpful in the whole process and really went into detail with any question I had! I will definitely be visiting Rachel again and the Bob Caldwell family. ♥️
I needed a new work van for my business and had previously purchased several vehicles from Bob Caldwell. I went to Caldwell’s to pick out a van. Since I keep all my financing through my bank, I had to go sign the paperwork there. I left Caldwell’s around 12:30 PM and met with the bank at 4:30 PM the same day to sign the paperwork with both Caldwell’s and the bank.
