I dealt with Phil Lyons and purchased a V70 wagon. He was a nice guy, low-key, and able to answer all the questions I had about the car. I test drove the car, then came back the next morning with my wife to have her test drive it as well. Phil was ready and waiting for us that morning. So, all the pre-sales stuff was good and we liked the car. The negotiation didn't take too long, though I am sure they could have dropped the price a little more if I was patient enough. Good selection of used Volvos present, staff are very helpful. Second hand Honda I was looking at wasn't cleaned especially well.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I worked with Doug when looking at cars the first time and it was wonderful, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly which made me appreciate the experience. I went in again a few days later to look at a car again and I worked with Cliff, who was the exact opposite of Doug. Cliff was unable to answer any of my questions, spent more time pressuring the sale then trying to answer my questions, knew nothing about the car in question, didn't understand... read more
