Service has been the focus of my whole life. Sadly, the level of service seems to be decreasing into almost “nothingness!” I’ve only been to Bob Brown’s once, on the recommendation of a friend. I’d rate the level of service I received, as excellent! I needed a regular checkup, which had become very expensive, once my pre-paid maintenance contract with the dealer expired. I got the same service at Bob Brown’s for about half the price. Just by coincidence, I was in the middle of renewing my registration the night before. Part ... read more
