Dishonest and discriminating I needed a standard front end alignment on my 4-Runner. They quoted me almost $500 for right inner tie rod and bushings needed to be replaced before they could realign the front end. I ended up taking my car to Toyota 3 days later for another problem, and they discovered no such problem and aligned the front end for $99. Ladies, beware! They discriminate! I really do believe that if my husband had taken the car in, no such problem would have existed.
Excellent service! I had a wheel barrow tire that had lost all its air and its seal against the rim. I called one place... we can't do those. Called Bob Brown, they said sure, bring it in now. Went in, they called back, guy comes out, grabs the wheel, and in about 5 minutes comes back out with it, all nice and full of air. The best part? NO CHARGE!!! I was quite surprised. I'll be going back for tires for my little red car when I need them!
