The best service!! They took care of my needs and were so friendly! I am so happy that I found the perfect jeep! Steven and Terry were more than friendly and just so nice! I am so thankful for bob brown! Terry and Steven were not pushy at all. Super laid back and calm. I had a bad "fake" experience at another dealership that I'm thankful did not work out! this was the first time I scheduled an apt on line , it worked great. received a confirmation email as well as phone call confirming my apt. they were waiting for me when i got there. I asked to have them check a few things that I had questions about, and they got me in and out in about an hour and half, (that was a little longer then i anticipated but their lounge is a nice place to hang out when you have too, they have TV as well as snack and drink vendo~land) , afterwards, they let me know what kind of maintenance I will ... read more
I was with my son when he purchased his first vehicle. Salesman was great. Finance guy arrogant and maybe a bit shady. Sure can bring that interest rate down when you say you're going through hometown bank. Also when you're negotiating realize when you get to financing, they add $180 on to every vehicle purchase to do the "paperwork." Can't do that in my business!
We just gave them a second chance on a new vehicle. Great sales experience, great sincere managers, but the service department is aweful. We had issue with old vehicle now new one just took it down for service took 18 minutes to complete and marked our tires papers stated rotated and marks never moved. They did offer free car washes as we live 30 miles away that wasn't realistic. ALL we want is honesty, our vehicle maintained and taken care of that's IT!!
Bought a new Acadia Denali. Ryan was easy to deal with. Along with Scot Bergman. Very easy to deal with.
Oil change on my 2000 Suburban. Was done pretty fast.
