Service is less than desirable. Just didn’t feel right when was told “ well we can’t guarantee anything”. This was for a simple alignment. Went to get my keys and basically didn’t care. I then went up front and talked with management; they apologized to me, yet refused to do anything about the workers. They then decided a good business move would be to bad mouth other dealers. Wow! Every single time I come here I'm disappointed. This past visit, my car had a slew of issues. One being a high coolant temperature gauge. I pick my car up and it has a shiny new scratch on it. We speak to them about it and they say they'll check the cameras. They call us back and they say they didn't do it but it wasn't like that when we brought it in so it had to have happened on their lot. Ryan and Neil were superb . Walked in and got a service appointment book right away with less than a weeks wait . The service tech went above and beyond and even did a recall and filled my low tire . The service expensive blew my mind and was much less than I thought ,as I found out in the paperwork some of it was a simple fix . No hidden fees , the lobby has good movies on with free available water and snacks . This is my first service visit at a dealership and I'm absolutely pleased .
