Big shout out for these people taking care of me helping get threw thing with my insurance helping more then other insurance companies would and as long as I am around the will have me as customer
Called the number I was given and Rob answered. We talked a bit about what I needed and I told him I would get back with him. I liked his manner and the respect I received. Then I couldn't find his number and as I was starting to come unglued Rob called me back. Needless to say that was the point he became my agent.
Recently we experienced major hail damage in Springfield. From the moment we called Rob, he was on top of our claim and got the ball rolling immediately! On top of it all, Rob is such a nice guy! His knowledge and professionalism made a very stressful event seem so much easier to navigate! He is excellent at returning phone calls and emails promptly!
