I made an appointment at the last minute. My car was taken into the garage and I sat in the very nice waiting room. Within no time my vehicle was ready and I was on my way.
I went to Bob Bell Nissan's body shop to have my bumper replaced after being rear-ended. My car is 12 years old, and the paint is definitely not its original color. They matched it perfectly! They got an unavailable rubber strip off the old bumper and restored and replaced it on the new one. They even washed my car, and included the interior! The work was done quickly and right the first time. I never want to get body work done again, but if I did, I'd definitely go back.
