This was our second Equinox and third car we purchased from Bob Bell. From start to finish, the selection process, customer service, and financing were as seamless and quick as one could hope for. They did not have the color I wanted on their lot, but they did at a sister store. Steve V was amazing! Please do not buy a vehicle or attempt to buy a vehicle from Bob Bell Belair MD. They will tell you that they are holding a vehicle for you. They don't tell you how long they will hold it for you. I had my father go into the hospital for a triple by pass. I let them know that I would be in contact with them the day after Thanksgiving. The vehicle only on hold for two to three days.
