Mike has entirely screwed me and my family over with fraudulent lies, a salesman's salesman, repeated contact to try and resolve payments far above what we verbally agreed to have gone nowhere, not to mention that he is clueless as to how different insurance companies process car payments, he has given us false information repeatedly and we are in the hole financially now.
By far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I buy a new vehicle almost every 3 years and this was my first time at Bob Bell! The way the entire team went above and beyond to make my experience fast and easy was incredible. I will be back to Bob Bell to purchase all my future vehicles!
