DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I BOUGHT A NEW 2023 Chevy traverse. It was running good up until the 3rd month. My check engine light came on so had to take it in there and with my warranty it covered what was wrong with it a sensor for the air temperature the next day the check engine light came back on yet again and the same thing was going on. It was my 1st time coming to Bob Bell Chevrolet on Kane Street for an oil change and tire rotation. I want to start off by saying Stace Jones. my Service Advisor was very kind, knowledge, and very helpful answering my questions and guiding me through the process. The technician was kind & helpful.
