Dealership "Sales" is wonderful if you need service go to Bob Bell Ford. They are awesome. Chevrolet is nasty and rude. I made an appointment on their website for today. Get there 20 minutes before my appointment and was told I would have a very long wait. Advised that I have an appointment stated that there are 7 people in front of you and appointments do not matter on a Saturday, mind you there is NOTHING on there website about this.
