We worked with James who listened to us and was able to find us the perfect home. The first house he took us to was exactly what we wanted. He told us that he knew this met our criteria, we loved it but asked for other options to compare and so he showed us to a lot of different houses in Kingman and we ended up with the first house he showed us. Terrible service from both eve flood and bob bass. Constantly saying you'll lose your earnest money if you back out. They never had my best interests. Eve will tell you be blessed or have a blessed day while all she is worried about is her commission. I would not recommend!!
