I think they do a good job taking care of my vehicle, but my last experience left a bit to be desired! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Several people came in after me and left before me. After an hour and forty five minutes of waiting I went and asked what was taking so long. Then twenty more minutes goes by and I ask again. They said my car had a recall and they were working on it. Although I appreciate it, I would have liked to have known so I could plan accordingly. I was there for about three hours.

Car is excellent and service department did a great job. Love the waiting lounge; I think it’s great that Mazda is stepping up the game with everything: Cars are awesome, and so is their service !!! Love you guys, I’ll be back to add another to the driving pool at home later this year !!! 👍🏻
