Kirk the manager is horrible and will likely run that place to the ground. He is rude, unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills. His lies are so off-putting, we left.

Do not do business with this dealership. They are fraudulent and deceptive, and they will lie to you in order to make more money. I went in on May 1st and purchased a used vehicle. Jim Greene was my salesperson. We negotiated the price of the car and came down to a great deal. The issues started from this point forward. I was already pre-approved through Capital One for an auto loan. I sent them the paperwork from Capital One and approved them to run my credit for this bank to finalize the loan. Under no circumstances take your truck here for service or buy here. Not only did they not fix my truck they made it worse. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else or better yet walk before you step in this place. You can thank me later

Mazda of Poughkeepsie made all three of my leases a very pleasurable experience. They are easy to work with,efficient and absolutely dedicated to customer satisfaction..Ken Fadden in finance, went above and beyond his obligations ,to settle a problem I had with Chase bank lease division concerning an over payment. Thanks to Ken and Chad ,I was issued a check for the difference which was not their obligation ,and this is a testament to their dedication to me the customer. Agreed to buy our used Mazda. We gave them the car in early November. As of today, December 22 (over a month and a half later), they still haven’t paid us for the car. Staff continually lie, promising calls back which never materialize and have promised on multiple occasions that the “check has been cut” only for someone else to later tell us it hasn’t. At this point, I have no faith that we will ever see the money. A deceitful bunch of thieves. Avoid at all costs

I’m on my 5th CX-5 that I picked up yesterday from the folks at Romano Mazda on Erie Blvd. I have been a faithful customer for as long as I have been back In NY. Firstly, the folks at Romano’s....
